Related technologies in China is relatively backward in the level, and related resources are rich enough, cause our country a considerable part of the production of vinyl chloride manufacturers still use backward acetylene method, but this method for the present condition ofour country still has considerable adaptability. Vinyl chloride synthesized from acetylene process for China PVC industry made great contributions to the development ofour country, still accounts for vinyl chloride the total production capacity of 2/3, 1/2 more yield. At present our country with calcium carbide acetylene as raw material of PVC production plant a total of76, the total production capacity of1240000 tons / year. The energy cost is higher and higher as well as the domestic and petition is increasingly intense today, established in the high energy consumption of stone on the basis of the PVC industry is facing a severe test.
