摘 要
高速铁路是一个集各项最先进的铁路技能、先进的运营治理方法、市场营销和资金筹措在内的十分庞大的系统工程，具有高效率的运营体系，它包罗了底子设施建立、机车车辆配置、站车运营规矩等多方面的技能与治理。
我国自2004年10月以来，分别引进了法国阿尔斯通SM3，日本E2-1000、BSP和德国西门子TCE3等动车组技能，通过引进、消化、吸收，已能生产出具有完全自主知识产权的CRH系列动车组，现实了时速200km/h及以上动车组的国产化，形成集高速动车组制造、检验、运营的配套能力。
武广客运专线于2009年12月26日正式投入使用，是我国重要的铁路建立项目之一。它的通车有利于解决“能饱和、客货争流”等问题。本课题主要介绍和了解海内外高速铁路的生长，武广客运专线动车组的运行现状与生长、武广客运专线行车组织、调理会合设备妨碍下的应急处理惩罚。
