摘要：随着我国城市建设进程的加快，城中村与城市建成区之间的 矛盾越来越突出，“城中村”改造是全国很多大城市共同面临的城市化问 题，因此城中村的改造迫在眉睫。对城中村的改造，需要采取综合治理的 模式来实现经济管理体制、社会文化、政治政策以及物质形态空间的完善。 本文结合工程实例，对现代城市“城中村”改造规划设计进行探讨。

Abstract: as China's city construction, the quickening of the process of villages and cities the contradiction between the built-up more and more outstanding, "village inside city" reform is the national in many big cities facing urbanized question, so the renovation of the villages is imminent. The transformation of villages, need to take comprehensive management model to realize the economic management system, social culture, and the political policies and physical form the perfect space. Combining with the project examples, the modern city "village inside city” reconstruction planning design is discussed in this paper.

一、 “城中村”的含义
“城中村”是在我国特有的土地所有制和文化背景下，在快速推进城 市化进程中出现的一种新的城市化问题。对于“城中村”的定义，个人表 述各有差异，实质内涵却基本相同：第一，都涉及“城”和“村”的概念， 体现了 “城乡二元结构”的基本特征；第二，都指出“城中村”的实质是 一种农村社区，实行的是农村典型的集体管理体制；第三，都指出“城中 村”在物质形态构成和生活结构方面已经非农化。城中村的明确概念：城 市化过程中依照有关规定由原农村集体经济组织的村民及继受单位保留 使用的非农建设用地的地域范围内的建成区域。
二、 规划背景

该市是一座具有悠久历史的中华古城，其悠久的历史、灿烂的文化、 丰富的资源闻名天下。
2区位及周边关系
