小区物业管理系统-VB毕业设计.doc

【摘要】
本文通过用VB 区物业管理系统,利用软件工程原理,采用生命周期方法学,其开发主要包括后台数据库的 建立和维护以及前端应用程序的 开发两个方面,实现了 小 区信息数据库的 创建及各种费用的 收取、统计、汇总.
本文还简单介绍了 窗体的 制作过程,程序的 编写,添加,最后的 作者在软件开发过程中的 心得体会.
本系统可以实现如下功能:
1．系统登录:包括用户登录,修改密码,添加用户,退出系统.
基本资料:包括住户资料和财产资料信息管理
物业管理:包括物业设备,仪表数据,停车场管理,收费管理,住户投诉,住户报修管理,设备维修管理等.
数据报表统计:包括物业设备,仪表数据统计,收费统计,住户投诉统计,住户报修统计,设备维修统计等.
本系统投入使用后,改变了 以往小 区物业管理过程中的 手工操作方式,提高了 小 区物业管理的 效率,起到了 良好的 社会效果和经济效益.
