【摘要】目的调查我院肝病专科住院药房退药状况及其 原因，探讨以采取相应的措施和建议，减少和避免退药现象 的发生，提高药房的药品管理水平。方法采用回顾性研究, 利用医院的HIS系统，对我院肝病专科住院药房2010年7 月-2011年6月退药情况进行数据统计，应用Excel表进行 数据录入与处理。结果涉及退药事件4046例，退药总数 29888个，退药总金额650957. 83元，主要退药原因有出院, 医嘱变更、调整，转科/院，系统错误等，原因复杂。结论退 药现象频繁，大量的退药增加了住院药房的工作量，增加了 药品质量管理难度，存在严重的医疗安全隐患，亟待管理规 范，建议对医务人员的职业道德、技术水平、工作态度等方 面加以重视，加强医患沟通，完善相关管理制度和计算机信 息系统，规范服务条件，减少退药现象的发生。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the situation of our hospital's hepatology department's hospitalized patients returning drugs and analyze the reasons. And to prope into the corresponding measures and advices in order to reduce and avoid the phenomena of returning drugs as well as improve drug control standard of pharmacy. Method Adopt retrospective study and make use of HIS system of hospital to processdata statistic (from July,2010 to June, 2011) of our hospital' s hepatology department ' s hospitalized patients returning drugs situation and use Excel to type-in the date and process with. Result The result shows it involved 4046 cases of returning drugs, 29888 amounts of returning drugs and total money of 650957. 83 yuan.
