南京XXXXVAM项目大件设备吊装技术方案
General工程概述
Celanese (Nanjing) VAM project is located in NCIP, China. It is wholly Celanese invested project. This project is at the south of phase 1 AA project and the total area is about 2. The framework and foundation has been basicly completed, so
some equipment can be lifted to the position. The total length of the layout is about
and width is about . There are many roads and other projects around
this area, the phase 1 AA project is under commissioning ,and phase 2 is in installation and will come to commissioning soon.
南京XXXXVAM项目为配套新建装置，位于南京化工工业园区方水路和宁六公路中段 ，一期
醋酸装置南侧，装置区总占地面积为 ,基础及框架已基本完成，并能达到部分设
备吊装就位要求。装置区总长约 ;;靠装置区周边全是厂区公路及其 它装置项目，一期醋酸装置正在调试之中。 二期多元化工还在安装中， 马上进入调试阶段。
The rigging plan of some big equipment like 250T vertical reactor ,175T 、73T、
60T verticle tower and 60T 、55T、43T horizontal equipment will be provided in this
document. And small equipment won ' t be discussed since the simplicity of them.
整个装置主要包括 250T立式反应器；175T、73T、60T立式塔；60T、55T、43T卧式设
备为例来编制校核吊装技术方案。其余小型设备在本方案中不加于说明和校核。
Considering varies of the factors, like equipment, area, fee and so on, the concrete
planing of lifting will be decided by the mobilization of the equipment.
综合考虑；设备、场地、费用等各种因素，按照设备进场正确时间，具体安排吊装计划。
