重庆交通大学硕士学位论文快递企业网点布局与优化研究姓名:赵杉申请学位级别:硕士专业:管理科学与工程指导教师:黄承锋 201204 摘要随着经济全球化进程不断加快,快递已经发展成为一个具有巨大的市场潜力和发展前景的产业,各种快递企业在国内快递市场竞争中逐渐发展壮大。快递企业既面临难得的发展机遇,同时也面临着激烈的竞争挑战。而网点布局是否合理, 不仅会影响企业市场竞争力的提高,还会影响企业的可持续发展。研究快递企业网点布局与优化问题,具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。根据网点布局的相关理论,本文设定了快递企业城市网点布局优化的基本理论框架。在理解相关理论的基础上,对我国快递业的发展动态及市场需求现状进行了分析,结合快递业的行业性质,通过相关性分析,确定了快递企业网点布局优化的影响因素,探讨了网点布局与优化的方法,为实际决策提供了参考依据。并以A公司在重庆市主城区的网点布局与优化为例,利用主成分分析法在快递企业网点布局优化研究中的运用,通过定性和定量分析相结合,确定出重点优化区域,提出相应的网点布局优化方案。在研究过程中,通过实习调研,对实际网点运营效率进行调查,最后给出优化前后相关数据对比,以此验证网点布局优化方案的有效性。通过对A快递公司在重庆主城区的网点进行布局优化,网点的数量增加,服务半径缩小,网点的覆盖率提高,提高了网点的运营效率,网点供给能力也得到明显改善。结果证明:合理的快递企业网点布局可以提高快递服务水平,充分发挥网点的供给能力,提高企业运营效益。因此,网点布局与优化对于快递企业的发展具有举足轻重的意义。关键词:快递企业;城市网点;布局与优化 ABSTRACT W池the accelerating process ofeconomic globalization andrapiddevelopment of modem information has already e a great development prospects,huge market potential oftheemerging thegradual prosperity oftheexpress delivery market,various types panies inthedomestic express delivery petition hasgrown panies are fking rareopportunities as wellasfacing thechallenge work layout isreasonable or not,not only reflectstheexpress levelof service enterprises,but alsoaffects petitiveness oftheenterprise marketsize,as wellas thecapacity ofsustainabledevelopment ,the study poiIlt layout ofexpress enterprise hastheoreticalandpractical valuesynchronously.
