本科毕业设计( 论文) 题目:聚苯胺/ 席夫碱复合功能材料的研究院、系: 材料与化工学院学科专业: 材料化学学生: 白娟学号: 050316118 指导教师: 张改 2009 年6月Ⅰ聚苯胺/ 席夫碱复合功能材料的研究摘要聚苯胺由于具有低成本、结构多样化、通过掺杂电导率可调、重量轻等特点, 在发光材料、传感器、太阳能电池、二次电池、电磁屏蔽、金属防腐等领域呈现广泛的应用前景。采用原位化学法合成了聚苯胺/ 席夫碱复合物, 以水杨醛和不同的胺为原料, 合成了席夫碱, 并讨论不同席夫碱和聚苯胺/ 席夫碱复合物之间的联系与不同。并用红外、紫外、 DSC 、 XRD 对产物进行表征.。研究表明, 聚苯胺经过与席夫碱复合后, 发生了一定红移现象, 并且吸收峰都相应变强。同时聚苯胺/席夫碱复合物的分散性有明显改善,得到了一些较有价值、有意义的结果。关键词: 聚苯胺;席夫碱;原位聚合;红外分析Ⅰ Preparation and Characterization of Polyaniline/ Schiff posites Abstract Because of the low cost, flexible doping conducting, light in weights and diversification in structure, Polyaniline has wide spread application in such regions as light emitter diode, sensor, solar cell, rechargeable battery, ic interference shielding, metal anticorrosion and soon. Polyaniline/ Schiff posite was prepared by the situ chemical method. Schiff posite are synthesized with different amine and salicylaldehyde . The relationship and the differences between the different schiff base and pound are also discussed. The products were characterized and analyzed byIR、 UV 、 fluorescence spectroscopy, molecular weight determination, X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. The research of infrared spectra shows that a red shift would happen after the synthesis of polyaniline and schiff base . At the same time, the peaks of infrared spectra e strong accordingly. While its performance has been measured, the dispersion properties of polyaniline/Schiff plexes have a significant improvement. Some important result s have been acquired.
