The mixture coatings of PTFE 、 PPS 和 PI would possess the properties of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and solid lubrication of PTFE, and also have higher adhesive strength. In the paper the mixture coatings of PPS + PTFE, PI+ PTFE and PPS + PI+ PTFE were prepared. The adhesive force , ductility and impacting strength of the coatings on steel were measured, and the adhesive force is 1st grade , the ductility is 1mm and the impacting strength is over 500 .
