湖南大学硕士学位论文沅纸公司轻型纸技改项目可行性研究姓名:刘兰平申请学位级别:硕士专业:高级管理人员工商管理指导教师:祁顺生 20090401 高级管理人员工商管理硕士学位论文摘要环境与发展问题已成为全球普遍关注的焦点问题,可持续发展战略已成为世界各国的必然选择,而发展循环经济,建立循环型社会,是实现可持续发展战略、推进资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设的重要途径和实现方式。泰格林纸集团沅江纸业公司一直注重资源的综合开发利用和环境治理。为了发展循环经济,推行清洁生产,采用目前世界上最先进的造纸技术——碱性过氧化氢生产机械浆(APMP)工艺,对公司原有造纸生产系统进行改造。本文在结合相关理论的基础上,对轻型纸项目内外部环境进行分析,对轻型纸产品的总需求,消费结构和价格变化趋势作出预测。在此基础上,拟订了包括规模、产品、节能、公用辅助设施等在内的建设方案,并对项目投资额进行了估算,提出了融资方案,对项目的运行成本进行了分析。此外,本文还从静态、动态和不确定性三个方面评价了项目的财务状况并对项目的环境影响进行了评价, 得出评价结论和建议。评价结果是:(含建设期2年);%;%;%,综合各项分析, 得出该项目是可行的研究结论。本文是沅纸公司从实际出发,根据资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设的要求, 深入贯彻落实科学发展观,加快自身的可持续发展,实施该项目的重要依据,也是其向银行贷款的重要资料之一,并为其以后在实施循环经济项目前进行评价研究提供了有益的尝试。关键词:沅纸公司;轻型纸项目;循环经济;项目可行性沅纸公司轻型纸技改项目可行性研究 Abstract Because environment and development have e thefocus ofglobal issues mon concern,the strategy ofsustainable development e an inevitable choiceofallcountries development of circulareconomy andthe establishment of a recycling—based society is ail important way to implement the sustainable development strategy and to achieve a resource-saving and environment-friendly order todevelop circulareconomy,promote clean production of thechemical industry,Yuan Jiang ofTigering Paper Group, whichhasbeenpaid great attention prehensive development and utilizationof l'CSources andenvironmental control both atalltimes,has adopted theworld’Smost advanced paper-making technology-Alkaline Peroxide Mechanical Pulp totransform theoriginalsystem.
