基于Adams的驼峰解体自动摘钩装置运动轨迹与仿真 王战中 赵赛 刘超颖 杨长建 熊蒙 (石家庄铁道大学,河北 石家庄,050043) 摘要:在驼峰解体过程中,如何对运动着的自动摘钩装置进行精确的控制是制约驼峰自动化的瓶颈。针对一种悬挂式自动摘钩装置,本文用Solidworks软件建立该自动摘钩装置的三维模型并导入到Adams软件中进行运动仿真分析。在Adams软件环境中编写Step控制函数控制自动摘钩装置的连续动作,进而完成自动摘钩过程的动作仿真。最后得到自动摘钩装置末端执行器质心的轨迹仿真曲线,该仿真曲线和摘钩动作的理论曲线吻合良好,为拟定摘钩装置的控制策略奠定理论基础。 关键词:运动轨迹;自动摘钩;Adams;驼峰;Step函数 中图分类号: 文献标识码:A The trajectory and simulation of automatic uncoupling device in hump yard based on Adams Wang Zhanzhong, Zhao Sai , Liu Chaoying, , Yang Chang jian and Xiong Meng (Department of Mechanical Engineering,Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, Shijiazhuang Hebei 050043,China) Abstract:During in the process of breaking-up of hump yard, how to control the automatic uncoupling device in moving exactly is the bottle-neck in hump automation. To a kind of hanged-automatic-uncoupling device, its 3D model is built with Solidworks software. Then this model is imported into Adams to get the analysis of the motion simulation. Step-functions are programmed to control the continuous action about the the automatic uncoupling device, then the process of automatic uncoupling is simulated. At last, the simulation curve of the end-effector’s center-mass point in the device is obtained, and compared with the theoretical curve of uncoupling motion, two curve tendencies tally completely, the simulation result provided the theoretical basis for generate control
