中国茶文化发展
摘要
中国是茶的故乡，是世界上最早发现茶树、利用茶叶和栽培茶树的国家。茶 树的起源至少已有六七万年的历史。在中国茶被人类发现和利用，大约有四五千 年的历史。。中国人对茶的熟悉，上至帝王将相，文人墨客，诸子百家，下至挑 夫贩夫，平民百姓，无不以茶为好。人们常说：“开门七件事，柴米油盐酱醋茶 。茶以文化面貌出现，是在两晋北朝。若论其起缘 就要追溯到汉代，有正式文献记载（汉人王褒所写《僮约》）o最早喜好饮茶的多 是文人雅仕。在我国文学史上，提起寒赋，首推司马相如与杨雄，且都是早期著 名茶人。司马相如曾作《凡将篇》、杨雄作《方言》，一个从药用，一个从文学角 度都谈到茶。晋代张载曾写《登成都楼诗》：“借问杨子舍，想见长卿庐”，“芳 茶冠六情，溢味播九区中国的茶文化也可谓是源远流长。卜面就详细介绍中 国的茶文化的形成与发展.
