摘 要：高碑店污水处理厂是目前国内最大的城市污水处理厂并已投入运行 多年，该厂具有完善的污泥处理系统，其中包括污泥的厌氧消化、沼气发电 以及发电机组余热利用系统等。本文着重介绍了该厂污泥处理系统的设计， 并结合近年实际运行情况进行了分析总结，提出设计中应注意的一些问题和 建议。

Issues to be Noted in the Design of Sludge Treatment System
in Gaobeidian Sewage Treatment Plant

Abstract: Gaobeidian STP which has been put into operation for quiet a number of years is currently the largest urban sewage treatment plant in China. It is equipped with a complete sludge treatment system, composing processes as anaerobic digestion of sludge, methane generation and utilization of residual heat from generating sets. This paper focuses on an introduction of the design of the sludge treatment system. Based on an analysis of the practical operation of the STP in recent years, this paper also points out the issues to be noted in the design of the sludge treatment system and proposes some suggestions in this regard.
