摘要
近几年来株洲不断的开发，装饰公司一直面临着一个激烈的竞争，各种设计 单位努力求得在严酷的现实中站稳脚，因而使得市场一团糟，公司作图不规范, 管理不正规，选材不合理，未专业人士略懂一点点也可以称作设计师，对于只熟 ，就可以直接称自己 是设计师等等，对于这些现象，一点生活阅历都没有，怎么可以做一名设计师， 简单的说，不知道油、盐、酱、醋放在哪里最合适做饭，那么还要设计什么。 还有现在可能还是做人吧，也许这个行业现在的竞争真的太激烈了吧，很多人 已经给设计师做了一个新的解释。什么叫设计师？业主把设计师做为朋友，而 设计师只把业主的钱做为朋友，设计师可以用各种专业的方式把一个本来明白 的业主说得糊涂，本来糊涂的更糊涂，可悲呀，很多的设计师为了自己的利会 做各种小动作，来达到自己的目地。下面以李先生的房子为案例来进行设计。 关键词：谈单技巧与流程设计与绘制施工图 3D效果图的制作及渲染处理
