浅谈如何加强施工企业财务管理
摘要
随着改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济的进一步发展完善，国有企业尤其是 国有施工企业面临着越来越激烈的竞争。作为施工企业要想在激烈的建筑市场中立稳 脚，在市场经济的大环境下生存、发展、壮大，就必须重视企业的财务管理，树立“企 业管理以财务管理中心，财务管理以资金管理为中心”的观念，不断的加强企业财务管 理，提高企业的经济效益。企业的财务管理是企业生产经营管理工作的重要组成部分， 是企业管理的核心，对于改善企业经营管理,提高企业经济效益具有十分重要的作用。本 文针对施工企业如何加强财务管理展开研究，探析施工企业在财务管理方面存在的问 题，提出相关建议与对策，提出相关建议和措施，促进企业更好更快地发展。

Abstract
Along with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the further development of socialist market economy and perfect, the state-owned enterprise especially state-owned construction enterprises are faced with more and more fierce competition. Regard construction as the enterprise wants to be in intense construction market indifferent firm base, in the market economy environment to survive, develop and grow, we must attach importance to the financial management of enterprises, to establish " the enterprise management on financial management center, financial management to the management of funds for the center" concept, continue to strengthen the financial management of enterprises, improve the economic benefits of the enterprise. Enterprise financial management is a business management an important part of the work, is the core of enterprise management, to improve enterprise management, improve enterprise economic efficiency has a very important role. In this paper, the construction enterprise how to strengthen financial management to talk about bit of shallow knowledge, discusses the construction enterprises in the financial management problems, put forward the related suggestions and measures, to promote enterprise development better and faster.
