龙盘寺电站电气二次初步设计

摘 要：龙盘寺水电站位于陕西省淳化县，是一座利用泾河水利资源的低坝引水式水电站。该电站计划装设3台2000KW的水轮发电机组。
本论文是对该水电站进行二次设计，目的是保证水电站的安全、经济运行，具体设计内容如下：1、电气主接线回路中测量表计的配置和全厂公用表计的配置，其目的是为了工作人员掌握水电站内设备的运行参数和全站的完运行情况，保证其工作的可靠性和运行的经济性；2、断路器操作的控制、闭锁和信号二次回路的设计，其目的是通过一度的电气接线来控制断路器的合闸、跳闸等一系列动作；3、发电机、变压器和输电线路的继电保护及整定计算，水电站在运行的过程中难免会发生一些故障和事故，这些故障和事故会对电站的电气设备以及输电线路造成不利，由此，为了保证电站的安全运行，必须对电气设备和输电线路进行保护。整定计算是对保护的具体的动作值、延时的确定，使保护可靠的动作，使其不出现误动作；4、信号系统的设计，信号系统是电站二次接线中不可缺少的，其目的是当电站的电气设备发生故障或处于不正常工作状态时，通过信号系统发出报警信号及时告知工作人员，以引起注意，并迅速判断故障的性质和地点，以便及时处理；5、操作电源的设计，水电站的正常运行操作、事故时操作、断路器事故跳闸后操作等都需要操作电源供电，所以操作电源的可靠性是至关重要的，尤其是厂用电消失时，其作用就更加重要；6、二次设备的屏面布置，电站的各种测量仪表，指示信号用的各种信号灯具，各种保护用的继电器，操作按钮，控制开关，位置指示器等都要装设在控制屏和保护屏中。
