DSP-based software development of elevators ’ energy efficiency measures A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate : Supervisor : Prof. Xiao Bing South China University of Technology Guangzhou, China 华南理工大学硕士学位论文基于 DSP 的电梯能效测量软件开发 I 摘要电梯是与人类日常生活紧密相关的交通工具,并且随着电梯数量的急剧增加,巨大的电梯能耗已经引起社会和政府职能部门的密切关注。建立合理的电梯能评价方式,可以为企业了解电梯能效提供方法,为客户选择节能电梯提供依据,为政府进行电梯能效的审查和监管提供技术支撑,对于促进节能电梯的开发和推广具有重要的指导意义。本文所述的由我们自主研发的基于差额质量速度积分法的电梯能效测量仪,是一种检测电梯能源利用效率的测量方法以及基于该方法的测量电梯能源利用效率的专用仪器。定义一种能克服各种影响电梯电能指标干扰因素的电梯能效测量方法,并且能安全、便捷测量得到电梯能效指标。提出以 Mvdt ??即差额质量速度积分计算电梯输送有效载荷所作的机械能。M?是电梯空载与 20% 额定载荷的质量差,空载电能与 20% 载荷电能的差对应了运送 M?载荷所消耗的电能,即以前后两次输送载荷的质量差作为计算基础,有别于以电梯额定载荷的不同百分比质量绝对值作为衡量电梯所作机械能的方法。采用高速数字信号处理器 TMS320F2808 作为核心处理单元,数字信号处理器以 20k Hz 采样频率处理输入的电压、电流信号,并对相关信号进行基于有限冲激响应带通滤波算法的数字滤波处理,滤除电梯现场对测量信号的低频和高频干扰,保证测量信号的精度。数字信号处理器根据采集到的数据,实时计算电梯能效指标。关键词:电梯能效;电能计量; DSP II Abstract Elevator is closely related to the transportation of daily life.
