幼儿园美术教育活动中教师评价行为个案研究 ------以绘画教学活动为例 [摘 要]幼儿园中,绘画教学活动的教师评价行为是绘画教学活动中的最后一个环节,包括两个方面的评价,一是对于幼儿的绘画作品的评价,二是对于幼儿在绘画活动过程中的评价。本研究采用非参与式观察法。研究证明教师评价行为出现了评价方式单一、评价者总占据主导地位、评价言语否定程度高、评价内容片面,甚至省去了评价时间等行为。研究者认为教师评价方式应多元化、评价中多包涵肯定性话语、从绘画中多方位评价。提高教师评价质量,改善教师评价方式从而促进幼儿绘画活动质量,激发幼儿绘画活动兴趣。 [关键词] 绘画教学活动; 教师评价行为; 美术教育; Case study on Evaluation of art education activities in kindergarten teachers ——— In the painting, as an example. [Abstract] in kindergarten, teachers assessment behavior of painting teaching activity is the last link in the painting teaching activities, including the evaluation of two aspects, one is the evaluation for the children's paintings, two is for the evaluation of children in painting process.
