摘要
船体建造的经验表明,部件和分段在焊接过程中发生的变形使船体的装配和电焊 大大地复杂化了。在分段合拢时,由于焊接变形,大量时间用在矫正和铲割工作上。焊 后矫正结构变形则带来很大的耗费,影响整个经济效果和建造进度。因此掌握焊接变形 和发生的规律,在船体装配时就拟订施工工艺确定该结构可能有的变形量是一个很重 要的问题。当前,实现精度造船中的无余量装配先进工艺的前提条件之一,就是必须预 先估计结构焊后产生的变形量。焊接结构的设计及其施工工艺的拟订,除了保证结构强 度和结构的使用性能外,还应当考虑如何使焊接变形量最小。也就是应当从获得最小变 形的观点来选择最合适的结构和施工工艺。如果这些都不能保证结构达到所要求的公差, 这时就可以用相应改亦零件尺寸和反变形的方法来补偿由计算确定的预计变形量以达 到公差要求。

Abstract
Experience has shown that the hull construction, components and sub in the welding deformation occurred during the assembly and welded to the hull greatly complicated. In the section closed, due to welding distortion, a lot of time with a shovel in the correction and cut work. Correction of structural deformation after welding is a great deal of cost, effectiveness and impact of the construction progress of the entire economy. So master the welding deformation and the occurrence of law, developed in the hull construction of the assembly process to determine when possible deformation of the structure is a very important issue. Currently, to achieve accuracy of shipbuilding in the assembly of non-margin one of the prerequisites of advanced technology, is the need to anticipate structural deformation arising after welding.
