中南大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要军事课程是普通高等学校本、专科学生的一门必修课。它与战略学、军制学、动员学、后备力量学、政治工作学,以及心理学、历史学、地理学、社会学等学科都有着密切的联系。军事课作为普通高等学校(以下简称高校)新开设的一门必修课, 体现了党中央、国务院、中央军委对高校大学生国防教育工作的高度重视和亲切关怀,军事教育作为学科教育进入高校,将在全面推进素质教育,加速人才培养,强化全民国防意识,加强国防后备力量建设等方面发挥积极作用。无庸讳言,要达到军事课的教学目的,必须建立起一支能适应军事教学要求的、具有较高学术水平和施教能力的军事学科师资队伍。客观地说,在陕西省教育厅二十多年的关心和支持下,陕西省普通高校国防教育工作取得了很大的成绩,军事课师资队伍建设工作也有很大的发展,但是军事课师资队伍现状与军事课的实际需求、国家文件对军事课教师的数量、质量等要求上也还有很大的差距。存在这些问题的原因主要是各级职能部门和高校在落实文件精神的措施上, 军事课教师的定岗定编、选拔、培训等方面不规范造成的。本文正是从这种现状出发,有针对性对陕西省军事课师资队伍建设中的相关重要问题进行研究。全文共分四个部分。第一部分是绪论,介绍本文研究现状、本课题的理论意义和现实意义、研究的思路和方法。第二部分介绍军事课师资队伍的概况,对全国高校军事教育的基本情况进行了总结。第三部分是从基本情况、调查结论、原因分析来阐述陕西省军事教师队伍现状及原因。第四部分从更新观念,提高对军事课教师队伍建设的认识;项层设计,明确师资队伍建设的指导思想和基本目标;明确目标, 提出军事课师资队伍的素质要求;制度措施,稳定师资队伍;创新机制,建立军事课师资队伍培养新模式等五个方面提出加强陕西省军事课师资队伍建设总体思路。关键词陕西省,普通高等学校,军事教师队伍,建设中南大学硕士学位论文 ABSTR ACT ABSTRACT Military course is arequired course forstudents is closely linked with othersubjects,such as strategy,military system, mobilization,reserve,political work,psychology,history,geography, sociology and SO on.
