有轨堆垛机伸出式货叉机械部分设计
摘 要
自动化立体仓库是现代物流中的重要组成部分,有轨堆垛机是自动化立体仓库中最主要的作业机械,是随立体仓库的出现而发展起来的专用起重机,它能够在自动化立体的巷道中来回穿梭运行,将位于巷道口的货物存入货格,或者相反取出货格内的货物运送到巷道口。它是现代工业社会发展的高科技产物,对提高生产率、降低成本有着重要意义。
本文详细论述了在现代企业中普遍使用的双立柱有轨堆垛机货叉部分的设计。立体仓库堆垛机的货叉伸缩机构是堆垛机结构设计的一个难点,要求在存物取货特定的狭小空间内双向伸缩,而且其刚度,动作行程,灵活性和可靠性都有特殊要求。本文采用齿轮齿条传动的三层货叉直线差动行程增倍机构,合理解决了上述难题,它是由前叉、中间叉、固定叉、驱动齿轮和链轮等组成。文章的重点放在货叉伸缩机构机械部分的设计上,提出一些基本的原理设计方案,通过比较各种方案的优缺选择比较合理的方案,然后对货叉各叉体的受力情况进行了分析并计算,再进行校核,最后确定各个部件的实际值,画出它的装配图和零件图。

The Design of telescopic fork of stacker Crane
Abstract
Automated warehouse is an important component of modern logistics. The stacking crane is the most important automated warehouse operating machinery, and it’s the special crane developing with the appearance of warehouse. It can travel back and forth in the automated warehouse laneway, putting the goods in the laneway access adit into the Bays of Rack or taking out the goods to send to the laneway access adit. It is a high-tech product of the modern industrial and social development, which is significant to rising production efficiency and reducing costs。
This paper elaborates on the common use of the freight forklift of the stacking crane which has the double column in the most enterprises. The telescopic structure of freight forklift in Automated Warehouse is a difficult point, needs a hi-directional expansion in an especially narrow space with special requirements for the rigidity,movement,flexibility and problem was solved by using the gear-rack straight line differential doubling mechanism of three-layer freight telescopic structure of the freight forklift consists of the front forklift, middle forklift, fixed forklift, drive gear and chain wheel.
