摘要：[目的]探讨健康教育对矽肺患者治疗依从性的影响。[方法]选择2011年1-10月份 入住我科矽肺80例，随机分为对照组和实验组各40例。对照组采用常规护理，实验组在 常规护理的基础上实施有目的、有计划、有针对性的健康教育，比较两组患者健康教育前 后的治疗依从性。[结果]实验组在合理饮食、正确服药、功能锻炼、按时氧疗等方面的治 疗依从性明显高于对照组（）。[结论]健康教育能显著提高矽肺患者治疗依从性，对 其控制病情发展，降低并发症，提高生活质量起着重要作用。
Abstract: [Purpose] This work approaches the effect of health education on the treatment dependence of silicot:ic patients. [Procedures] 80 pneumosilicosis cases hospitalized from January to October in 2011 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases respec廿vely. Rou廿ne nursing care was implemented to the control group, while objective, systematic and per廿nent health educa廿on was applied to the experimental group based on routine nursing care. The treatment dependence of silicotic patients before and after health education was compared between above two groups. [Results] The experimental group showed significantly more treatment dependence than the control group （P<） in terms of reas on able diet, proper medicine taki ng, functional exercise, on 廿me oxygen therapy and so on.
