骨科老年患者的护理体会分析
【摘要】 目的：探讨骨科老年患者的护理要点，通过提供有效的护理措施，提高护理质量。方法：针对我院的老年骨科患者的特殊性，加强生活护理，基础护理以及心理护理，在预防并发症的同时，做好心理引导。结果：在得到心理护理后的老年患者中，无特殊情况发生，康复后均出院。结论：因为老年人的生理特点和心理状态，实施适当的心理干预，可促进骨科老年患者更加配合医护人员的工作，提升可护理质量。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the nursing points of elderly patients in Department of orthopedics and to improve nursing quality by providing effective nursing measures. Methods: according to the particularity of the elderly Department of orthopedics patients in our hospital, we should strengthen the life care, basic care and psychological care. At the same time, we should do a good job of psychological guidance in the prevention of complications. Results: in the elderly patients who received psychological care, no special cases occurred, and all patients were discharged after rehabilitation. Conclusion: because of the physiological characteristics and psychological status of the elderly, the implementation of appropriate psychological intervention can promote the elderly patients in the Department of orthopedics more in line with the work of medical staff, and improve the quality of care.
