无水酒精注射法治疗腋臭的远期效果研究及治疗方案探讨 无水酒精注射法治疗腋臭的远期效果研究及治疗方案探讨 ［摘要］目的：观察应用无水酒精注射法治疗腋臭远期治疗效果, 明确其安全性、有效性，并对其治疗方案进行摸索以提供相对规范的 治疗方法。方法：根据腋臭严重程度，将患者分为不同的类型，并制 定相应的治疗方案，应用无水酒精皮下注射治疗腋臭。结果：从2004 年8月〜2008年3月，共35例患者应用本法治疗，其中27例病人 随访2年以上。全部病人均无复发，无血肿、感染和副损伤等发生。 有效率与本科同时期手术去除汗腺治疗腋臭效果近似。结论：应用 无水酒精注射治疗腋臭是安全有效的方法，效果持久无复发。 ［关键词］腋臭；无水酒精；治疗； ［中图分类号］R622［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1008-6455 (2008) 06-0822-03 The long term results of injection anhydrous alcohol to treat bromidrosis and its standard protocol HOU Ying, LV Wei, FAN Ju-feng, DU Xin, LI hui, TIAN Bo-wen, LIU Tao-tao (Department of Plastic Surgery, Beijing Chaoyang Hospiatal of Capital Medical University, Beijing 100020, China) Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the long term result of the method of injection anhydrous alcohol to treat axillary bromidrosis and to evaluate its security and the effectiveness. To work out a standard treatment protocal for treating axillary bormidrosis with anhydrous alcohol. MethodsPatients with acillary bormidrosis was classified into several types. Then they were treated with injection of anhydrous alcohol, each type with an unique protocol. ResultsFrom August 2004 to March 2008, thirty-five patients underwent this technique. Thirty-three of them had been followed up for more than two years. No recurrence, hematoma, infection nor iatrogenic injury occurred.
