【摘要】患者长期口服甲硝唑病史，继而出现头晕、昏沉，恶心欲吐，左侧肢体无力，语言欠利，行走不稳等症状，考虑为甲硝唑脑
病，停药并住院治疗后症状治愈。

[Abstract] The patient has a history of taking metronidazole for a long time and then has symptoms such as dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, weakness of the limbs, poor
speech, and unstable walking. The symptoms are considered to be metronidazole encephalopathy, and the symptoms are cured after the drug is stopped and hospitalized.
