——XX学院离退休人员管理服务工作情况汇报
按照学校关于加强离退休人员校、院两级管理工作意见，XX学院党政领导高度重视，以掌握并满足离退休老同志的需要和发挥余热为己任，认真做好离退休老同志的管理与服务工作。
一．院离退休人员现状
至2012年11月，XX学院共有离退休老同志7人，占在职人员总数（65人）%，其中男性4人，女性3人。离退休老同志中，有5人安置在XX市区，另有2人分别于XX、XX安置。（详细情况见表1）

XX学院党政班子高度重视离退休老同志的管理与服务工作，列入学院每年工作计划，并根据我院实际情况建立健全了离退休老同志的服务与管理机构。经校批准通过，成立了全校第一个二级工会，工会以党总支统战委员、副院长XXX为主席，党总支宣传委员、办公室主任XXX为副主席，有女工、青工、活动、经审等五位委员，新老结合，工会具体负责组织实施离退休老同志的管理与服务工作。党政班子经常过问，制定老同志管理服务工作措施，工会具体抓落实，确保离退休老同志的管理服务到位。
