电磁频谱监测信号处理器的设计与实现

摘要
随着武器装备信息化程度的不断提高,战场电磁频谱环境日益复杂,频谱资
源也变得越来越紧张。为了提高频谱资源的利用率,保障设备的正常工作,对阵
地频谱环境进行监测非常必要。论文主要研究了电磁频谱监测系统的设计及电磁
频谱监测信号处理相关算法。
论文首先介绍了国内外频谱管理的现状,针对频谱监测系统的组成结构,对信
号处理机主要模块的硬件进行了设计,包括 AD 采样、信号处理及通信控制等;
重点讨论了频谱监测中的信号处理算法,特别是信号参数提取和信号解调,并进
行了详细仿真;在此基础上,根据频谱监测工作需求,设计了频谱监测工作模式
和工作流程,分别针对频段扫描,信号分析和信号监听三种模式下进行了 DSP 中
的软件设计和实现。
最后,对频谱监测系统进行了功能及指标测试,分析了系统性能。测试结果表
明,论文设计的系统可以满足电磁频谱监测的要求。

Abstract
With the development of the informationization degree in weapon and equipment,
electromagnetic environment of the modern battlefield becomes more and more
complex, the spectrum resource becomes scarce. For making use of spectrum resource
effectively and guaranteeing the equipments in normal operation, we need spectrum
monitoring necessarily. The paper mainly researches the design of electromagnetic
spectrum monitoring system and the algorithm with signal processing in electromagnetic
spectrum monitoring.
The paper introduces the status quo of internal and international spectrum
management first, based on the composition of spectrum monitor device, designs the
main hardware module of the signal processor, including AD converter, signal
processing and communication control. The algorithm of signal processing in
electromagnetic spectrum monitoring is discussed emphatically, especially in signal
parameter extraction and signal demodulation, and the simulation is made in detail; On
the basis, according to the requirements of spectrum monitoring, working mode and
working flow is designed, according to the mode of frequency bands scanning, signal
analyzing and signal monitor respectively, design and implementation of software is
made in DSP.
