复方淫羊藿颗粒提取工艺的研究
[摘要] 目的:筛选复方淫羊藿颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:应用正交设计表L9(43)设计复方淫羊藿颗粒的提取工艺,以淫羊藿苷作为考察指标,优选复方淫羊藿颗粒的提取工艺。结果:复方淫羊藿颗粒最佳提取工艺为取药材加12倍药材量体积水,浸泡15 min,煎煮3次, h。结论:按照筛选最佳提取工艺验证,淫羊藿苷提取率最高,此提取工艺可行。

Study on extraction of Compound Yinyanghuo Granules

[Abstract] Objective: To screen the best extraction technology of Compound Yinyanghuo Granules. Methods: Appied orthogonal design table L9(43) to design the extraction process of Compound Yinyanghuo Granules and used icariin as indicator to optimize the extracting technology of Compound Yinyanghuo Granules. Results: The optimum condition of Compound Yinyanghuo Granules was adding the volume of 12 times water, soaking 15 min, extracting for three times and extracting for hours every time. Conclusion: In accordance with the optimum extraction conditions, the rate of icariin extraction is the highest. This extraction process is feasible.

复方淫羊藿颗粒是由淫羊藿、熟地、菟丝子、肉桂等多味药材组成,经水提、精制与浓缩后制成的中药颗粒剂,在医院临床中已使用多年,具有温肾助阳之功效。笔者在参考有关文献[1-3]的基础上,采用正交设计法研究其最佳提取工艺,现报道如下:
