摘要南京地铁设施设备RCM系统规划及实施摘要南京地铁一号线于2005年建成投入使用,正式运营时间总共不超过两年。目前的设备维修和保养缺乏科学的维修理论的指导,忽视了“技术性’’和“经济性”,因而亟需先进的维修理论的引进和推广,而RCM(以可靠性为中心的维修>作为目前发展的比较成熟的、并且已有很多成功运用经验的维修理论正适合用来解决目前碰到的一系列问题。本文以南京地铁RCM“三年四阶段”发展战略规划为指导,按照RCM整体分析流程,对FMECA(故障模式、影响及危害性分析)、维修策略优选、定期预防性维修周期决策及维修效果评估模型进行了深入的研究,最后进行了设备故障管理软件的开发。FMECA部分注重推行实践,并在实践基础上有一定的突破和创新;维修策略优选采用逻辑决断图和灰色局势决策共同决策的机制,以便使结果尽可能符合客观实际, 避免人主观因素的影响;定期预防性维修周期决策主要是在算法上采用了蒙特卡罗仿真模拟,避免了复杂的数学推导,提高了计算效率;维修效果评估模型的建立是在 PDCA(戴明环)闭环反馈的思想的指导下,创新性地应用可拓优度法建立维修效果评估模型,对实施效果进行定量的评价:设备故障管理信息化软件采用Visual Basi 编程语言,ess作为后台数据库进行开发。本文的研究成果,可为南京地铁以可靠性为中心的维修进一步深入研究提供基础,并可为其他轨道交通企业提供参考。关键词:以可靠性为中心的维修,维修策略,预防性维修周期, 维修效果评估,故障管理系统 Abstract 南京地铁设施设备RCM系统规划及实施 Abstract Nanjing Metro’line came into use in2005 and itstotaloperation time is no more than two equipments’maintenance iSlack ofscientific maintenance theory, withoutfocusing on technological guide andmaintenance thissituation,new maintenance theories and methods are eagerly needed tosolve the current problems with which Nanjing metro a mature theory and withmany essful application experiences,RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance)is quiteappropriate for Nanjing Metro.
