Method:choose bygastroscope and pathology diagnosis ofchronic atrophic gastritis withgastricantrummultiple erosion patients 50cases,simple chronicatrophic gastritis 50 takeerosion in50 cases oftissuesamples astheteam,take erosion side specimen and 50 Cases ofchronic atrophic gastritispatients specimen 50 cases ascontrol immunohistochemical two footwork,determination ofmucosal tissuebFGF and bFGFR expression,and theexpression ofFGF and bFGFR location observation and halfquantitative analysis. Results:bFGF inerosive gastritisgroup bFGF and bFGFR prevalence ratewas 32% and 40%iS obviously higher thanthatoftheerosion sidegastric mucosa 20%and 28% and no erosionchronicatrophic gastritis 22%and 32%of thepositive expression rate(P< ),there isstatisticalsignificance,no erosion chronic atrophic gastritisgroup slightly above theerosion sidegastricmucosa酏up,but no statisticaldifference(P>). Conclusions:bFGF,bFGFR ingastric mucosa injuryhigh expression,to promote the gastric mucosal repair has important signi ficance.
