山楂黄酮的保健功效及提取工艺研究进展

摘 要:山楂是蔷薇科山楂属植物,含多种维生素和黄酮类物质,具有一系列的保健功效。山楂黄酮类化合物对心血
管系统有显著的保健功效,如降血脂、增加冠脉流量、强心、抗心律失常、降血压和保护血管内皮细胞;此外,山楂黄酮
还有护肝和保护大脑的保健功效,抗肿瘤和抗氧化等活性。山楂黄酮的提取方法有热水提法、有机溶剂提取法、超声
辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法、酶解法、超临界提取法、超高压提取法、大孔树脂吸附法等多种提取方法。该文综述山
楂黄酮的保健功效及提取工艺,为山楂黄酮类化合物的应用生产及进一步研究方向提供参考。
