尊敬的各位来宾、亲爱的同志们：
大家晚上好！
祥龙迎新春，玉兔辞旧岁。值此新春佳节即将来临之际，我谨代表绵竹市富新镇卫生院行政、支部及全体职工向您们及其家人致以新春最美好的祝福和最诚挚的问候！
岁月不居，天道酬勤。今天，我们齐聚一堂，回首2011，感慨良多。在过去的一年，我院的卫生工作在镇党委、政府的领导下，在上级卫生行政主管部门的关心支持下，以医药卫生体制改革为契机，以创建二级中医医院为动力，认真贯彻落实医疗卫生体制改革的各项方针、政策，坚持预防为主、中西医并重的原则，以科学发展观统揽全局，着力搞好中医药文化建设，提高医疗业务技术水平，加强卫生人才队伍建设，为维护人民群众身体健康，努力构建和谐医患关系作出了卓越的贡献。
刚过去的一年，是我院50年发展史上具有承前启后意义的一年。在这一年里，为适应医药卫生体制的需要，突破新医改形式下基层医疗机构的发展瓶颈，院班子、行政揆情度理、审时度势，经过反复酝酿、充分讨论，并立足医院现实，把创建二级中医医院作为2011年重要工作目标。经过全院职工近一年来的不懈努力，我院上等达标的各项准备工作已基本完成，
