2012年5月3日，带着期盼，带着国家税务总局和云南省地方税务局领导的关心和希望，我们一行50人来到了湖南省税务干部专科学校开始了为期20天的“智力援西”项目纳税服务骨干培训班的学习。这次次培训，既是提升业务素质，丰富税收知识，也是领导对我们的关心和看重，也是对我们基层一线纳税服务的殷切期盼。
湖南省税务干部专科学校是我国税务工作者向往的知识殿堂，是税收学术研究前沿阵地，也是我心中一个美好而遥远的梦。当端坐于安静的课堂，与来自全省地税系统纳税服务一线的50名业务骨干相识，聆听师尊的教诲时，我感动于组织的培养和领导的关怀，又感悟于圆梦的快乐和人生的收获。
精彩的授课让我顿悟。本次培训包括了《税收博弈与纳税遵从》、《纳税服务理论》、《纳税服务视角下的税收执法》、《12366热线的基本知识》、《国外纳税服务知识介绍》等二十多门课程，几乎涉猎了国内外纳税服务方方面面的内容。老师们生动有趣的讲解，案例分析与答疑解惑充分结合，讲台与课堂积极互动，脑海里深深烙印下鲜活的知识。在学。下课以后，又到学院图书馆、电子阅览室和税务书店阅读和购买了课外书籍及相关理论报刊，及时更新自己的知识结构。最为让人感动的是，学校在安排好我们食宿学行的同时，在每个宿舍配备了电脑，便于大家进行交流学习。
