普通公众的意见得以充分体现
记者在采访中得知，国家发改委自建言献策活动开展以来，编发了多期建言献策的摘编，其中很多建议是网友发来的，被收集在摘编中。而这些信息是怎么最终变为简报当中的一条建议呢？
据介绍，国家发改委专门请国家信息中心抽调了一部分工作人员，对收集来的海量信息进行筛选和摘录。摘编中有一条建议提出，政府对弱势群体应该增加社区性的公益岗位。记者联系上了这条建议的原文作者辛先生，他来自北京柳荫街社区，他说他对这个群体比较了解，因此对他们这个群体的工作颇有感触和想法。
除了像辛先生这样通过互联网提出建议，手机短信平台也成为了收集建议的一个重要渠道。记者随机采访了一位通过短信平台发表意见的建言人，建言人是位农民，他很感谢记者重视他的建议，如果能够采纳他的建议他将十分高兴。
国家发展和改革委员会相关负责人说，发改委为此次建言活动专门组织了一个工作的班子，建立了一套工作机制，对所有的建言献策的意见进行相关处理的筛选和研究，并尽可能地进行采纳。
