    第四条   本规则的技术指标和要求主要引用了GB7588─2003《电梯制造与安装安全规范》等有关国家标准的规定。如有关标准被修改，应当以最新标准为准。
    第五条   电梯安装监督检验以及定期检验，应当遵守以下规定：
　　(一)安装、重大改造后拟投入使用的电梯，应当按照本规则安装监督检验规定的内容和要求进行检验。
