企业至破产申请日的资产状况明细表，包括有形资产、无形资产和企业投资情况等；
企业在金融机构开设账户的详细情况，包括开户银行账号、存款等；
企业债权情况表，列明企业的债务人名称、住所、债务数额、发生时间和催讨偿还情况；
