2) 账号密码漫游功能：对住宿宾客，给予账号和该账号的漫游范围，则该宾客可利用该账号和自设定的密码在漫游范围内的分机拨打电话，电话费如实的记载到该个人账号上，给宾客带来极大的方便，提高了宾馆服务档次与水平。漫游范围可以是全系统也可固定在某分机上。
3) 押金控制：对记帐用户进行押金控制。当话费超出押金时，该用户的所有分机和账号都无法拨打电话、或降低呼叫等级。
4) 满足多运营商优惠话费标准管理：系统提供符合最新标准的国际、港澳台、国内时段折价计费管理。用户可根据各运营商提供优惠话费标准及部门内部需要，修改折价时间和折价日。
5) 多套和多时段计费：不同的字头可采用不同的计费方式，按照不同的时间段也可以不同的折价幅度，适应运营商开展电信新业务计费要求。
6) 内部电话计费：根据用户的不同要求，内部用户也可设月租费与通话一起收费。系统详细记录每部分机的呼入及呼出话单，并可分类汇总，导出至文档格式。每一个子系统在脱离PC的情况下可记录3万条话单。
