痰热清注射液治疗麻疹临床观察
【摘要】目的：观察痰热清注射液治疗麻疹的临床疗效。方法：将75例麻疹随机分为两组，治疗组在综合治疗上加用痰热清注射液，对照组在综合治疗上加用利巴韦林。结果：治疗组加用痰热清注射液能缩短麻疹患者体温下降及体温恢复正常时间；缩短皮疹消退、咳嗽咳痰消失及肺部湿音消失时间；能有效缩短疗程，明显优于对照组（P

Clinical study of tanreqing injection in measles

麻疹是由麻疹病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病，以6个月~5岁小儿发病率最高，单纯麻疹预后良好，免疫力低下且有并发症可影响预后，重型麻疹病死率较高。我科2006年2月~2007年5月应用痰热清治疗38例麻疹，与利巴韦林对照，取得满意的效果，现报道如下。
