略阳钢铁制氧站生产系统平安性分析〔制氧工艺〕

摘要:随着科学技术的开展,对氧气产品的需求量在不断增长,制氧企业的生产规模也在不断扩大。氧气的性质决定了氧气在生产、储存过程中存在着燃烧、爆炸等固有危险性,而制氧企业设备大型化、高度连续性、自动化程度高、高危险性的生产特点又决定了它具有许多潜在的危险性。因此,在制氧企业中实现平安评价是十分必要的。本文通过平安评价的相关知识对略阳钢厂制氧站进展平安风险评价,对生产环节进展系统分析、区分其存在的危险有害因素,并对该工程的制氧工艺进展了火灾爆炸指数评价,通过计算该工艺火灾、爆炸指数,评价火灾爆炸固有危险性等级,最终计算出平安措施补偿系数、最大可能财产损失等。并提出相关的平安措施,力图减少制氧站事故的发生,防止制氧站生产中人的伤害,降低财产的损失。
