民营企业薪酬制度的探讨

摘要:随着民营企业的迅速发展壮大,其薪酬管理方面存在的许多问题和不足也显现出 来了。目前,我国民营企业薪金管理中存在着诸多问题,其原因在于家庭式企业管理模式 的影响,缺乏现代企业薪金的管理理念,对人力资本与传统资本增长的互动关系认识不够 等。民营企业应建立科学合理的战略薪酬体系,以人力资本为核心对象,增强对人力资本 与传统资本互动增长关系的认识,确保薪酬设计与操作程序的公平与透明。本文针对薪酬 管理中在理念、方法和技术方面普遍存在的问题及应采取的对策作了一些探讨。

Abstract: With the rapid development and growth of private enterprise, the pay administration in many of the problems and deficiencies are emerged. At present, China's private enterprises pay the management there are many problems, the reason is that home-based business management model, the lack of modern enterprise management philosophy salary, human capital and the traditional understanding of the interaction between capital growth and inadequate. Private enterprises should establish a scientific and rational strategic pay system, the core object of human capital, enhance the interaction of human capital, growth capital and the traditional understending of the relationship, the design and operating procedures to ensure that pay a fair and transparent. In this paper, salary management concepts, methods and techniques common problem and made a number of measures to be taken to explore.
