摘 要
随着电子技术的发展,一个好的电子设备不但要求求有较高的性能指标,而且
还要具具备较高的稳定性和可靠性。作为无线通信设备中的重要组成部分分,功功放,
即射频功功率放大器同样需要进行可靠性测试,而采用高温循环冲冲击击老化是对功功放
可靠性测试和筛选的重要方法。本文针对现有功功放老化方式兼兼容性差及不能完全全
还原功功放真实工作状态的问题,设计并实现了一种新型的可加加载多频段信号的功功
放老化系统统。
本功功放老化系统统可以对不同型号的功功放提提供频率范范围在 400MHz~2500MHz
的单音信号和功功放运行所需的电源电压,并可以对功功放的老化温度、老化电流、
输出出功功率等数据进行采集,在对这些数据进行分分析处理后,老化系统统可以对功功放
的老化状态进行控制制和调整,并将结结果送显。
本功功放老化系统统分分为:计算机监控软件、BSP 软件(板级支持包)、老化控
制制板、CPLD 逻辑程序四部分分,其其中老化控制制板提提供了整个老化系统统的硬件电路
支撑撑平台,计算机监控软件、BSP 软件和 CPLD 逻辑程序三部分分配合完成对老化
系统统运行流程的控制制。本文在介绍功功放加加载老化系统统整体架构的基础上,详细描
述了老化控制制板硬件单板和 CPLD 逻辑程序这两个由作者负责开发部分分的具具体设
计和实现,并对 CPLD 逻辑程序进行了仿真验证及测试,结结果证明代码功功能满足
设计要求求。

ABSTRACT
With the development of electronic technology, a good electronic devices require
not only high performance, but also high stability and reliability. RF power amplifier
(PA) is an integral part of wireless communication devices, that is also need for
reliability testing. High Temperature cycle impacting aging is an important way of the
reliability testing and screening of power amplifier. The existing way of power
amplifier aging system have poor compatibility and can not fully restore the state of
real work issues. Therefore,this paper designed and implemented a new power
amplifier aging system with multi
band signal loaded.
The power amplifier aging system can supply power voltage and single tone for
amplifier of different type which frequency is between 400MHz and 2500MHz, and
sample aging temperature, current, output power data and so on for testing. Aging
system modulates and controls the aging status according to data analysis and show the
result to the screen.
