城市宜居性评价研究——以郑州为例.pdf

中文摘要本文在对宜居城市进行理论分析的基础上,从城市经济、社会、生活、环境四个方面选取指标,构建宜居城市评价指标体系,采用主成份分析法,对郑州城市宜居性进行了实证分析。本文的主要目的是,通过分析宜居城市理论和构建宜居城市评价指标体系,不断完善宜居城市及评价理论;通过对郑州城市宜居性的实证分析,找出郑州在宜居方面存在的问题,提出提高郑州城市宜居性的对策, 为郑州宜居城市建设决策提供参考。全文共分为六部分: 第一部分绪论。介绍研究的背景、意义,分析了国内相关研究进展,确定了研究内容、方法和技术路线。第二部分宣居城市的相关理论。对宜居城市的概念、内涵、特性进行了探讨, 分析了宜居城市的理论基础。第三部分宜居城市评价指标体系的构建。根据设定的一些原则,构建宜居城市评价指标体系,提出层次分析法和主成分分析法等两种评价方法。第四部分郑州宜居性实证分析和评价。采用主成份分析法,对郑州城市宜居性进行了分析;通过纵向和横向比较,对郑州宜居性进行了综合评价,找出了存在的问题。第五部分提高郑州城市宜居性的对策。根据以人文本的原则,提出促进城市经济发展、健全社会保障体系、提高生活舒适性和优化生态环境等对策。第六部分结语。对全文进行总结,指出论文的创新点和不足之处,提出进一步研究需要探讨的问题。关键词:宜居城市宜居性评价指标体系郑州 Abstract Based on theanalysis ofthetheory about thelivablecity,this paper establishes theassessment indictorsystem ofthelivablecity from thefollowing aspects:economy growth,social harmony,living leveland environment thispaper assesses thelivability ofZhengzhou,by using themethod ponent purser ofthispaper is toperfect thetheory ofthelivablecity and the assessment ofit,and to find out theproblem ofthe livability ofZhengzhou,by studying thetheory ofthelivablecityandassessing thelivability paper includes sixparts.
