[摘要]目的探讨成功建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型的有效方法及影 响因素。方法将大鼠分为250〜300 g和350〜400 g两个体重组。为观 察禁食对造模的影响,250-300 g体重组又分为对照组(n=10)和禁食组 (n=10);为观察栓线直径对造模的影响,350〜400 g体重组又分为细栓 线组(n=10)和粗栓线组(n=10)。栓线经颈总动脉、颈内动脉进入大脑 中动脉的起始部位阻断大脑中动脉的血流。术后通过神经功能缺损评分和 氯化三苯基四氮呼(TTC)染色对该模型进行评价。结果在250〜300 g 体重组,造模成功率高,禁食组死亡率(%)明显低于对照组(%) (P < 0. 05);在350〜400 g体重组,死亡率低,粗栓线组造模成功率(80%) 明显高于细栓线组(20%) (P < )。结论术前禁食可降低动物死亡 率,根据大鼠体重选择相应直径的栓线可提高造模的成功率。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the method and influence factors of establishing focal ischemia model of rat successfully.
