1 烟台经济技术开发区 Yantai Economic & Technological Development Area 区情概况 Briefing of YEDA 1984 年由中央政府批准设立, 是中国首批 14 个国家级开发区之一。地处山东半岛黄海之滨( 北纬 37° 31′~ 37° 43′、东经 121 ° 00′~ 121 ° 18′),与日本、韩国一衣带水,位于北京、上海、首尔的几何中心。管辖面积 228 平方公里,建成区面积 48 平方公里,总人口 40 万。濒临海滨, 拥有 4A 级金沙滩旅游度假区,是 ISO14000 国家示范区、国家生态工业示范园区。投资环境综合评价连续 6 年位居国家级开发区第 6位, 是中国第 6 个工业总产值过 3000 亿元的国家级开发区,进出口总额位居中国开发区前 5 位。 40 多个国家和地区、 70 多家世界 500 强企业进区投资,各类企业上万家,其中外商投资企业 1300 多家,韩国、香港、美国、英国、日本、台湾、德国、新加坡排投资额前 8 位。产业以电子信息、机械汽车为主导, 形成电脑、手机、汽车、船舶、装备制造 5 大产品集群,正在建设化工材料、葡萄酒、生物医药 3 大新产品集群,是中国重要的电子信息产业基地、汽车工业基地、装备制造业基地、化工新材料基地、葡萄酒酿造基地。 Yantai Economic & Technological Development Area (YEDA) is one of the first 14 national development zones approved by the central government in 1 984. Located on the north end of Shandong Peninsula by the Yellow Sea 2 (north latitude 37° 31′~ 37° 43′,east longitude 121 ° 00′~ 121 ° 18′), YEDA is separated from its close neighbors, South Korea and Japan, only bya narrow strip of water. It lies in the geometrical center of Beijing, Shanghai and Seoul . YEDA covers an area of 228 km 2, with the constructed area of 48 km 2 and 400,000 residents. On the verge of ocean, it owns a 4A Golden Sandy Beach Resort. In addition, YEDA has been authenticated as ISO 14000 National Demonstration Area and Ecologically Industrial National Pilot Park . It ranks the 6 th in terms of prehensive evaluation of investment environment over the past consec utive six years among all the national development zones. It is the 6 th national development zone that the gross industrial output has approached 300 billion y uan , and the total volume of import and export ranks top five among all development zones in China.
