摘 要
2006 年起自闭症被正式确认为一种精神残疾,到 2007 年,我国 0—14 岁自闭症儿
童基数为 万。随着这种快速增长的速率,自闭症儿童的康复治疗已成为我国不
可忽视的问题之一,而在社会工作专业不显著地西北地区,有些机构注重的是生理方面
的康复治疗,而常常对社会能力方面的康复认识及其方法发掘得不够。因此,笔者主要
研究自闭症儿童社会适应的康复训练。
本论文选取 L 市某残障服务机构自闭症患儿为例,以残障人士服务机构为活动地点,
进行为期三个月,共六个单元的小组活动,活动时间主要利用每周五下午时间。针对自
闭症儿童社会适应的康复治疗进行实务研究与探索,运用了社会系统论和舒茨的人际交
往理论作为支持,运用小组工作,在自闭症儿童语言、心理和行为等方面,进行了社会
工作领域专业化的康复训练,在小组工作中以无意图期,有意图期,准备期,行动期,
维持期五个不同阶段作为成长小组目的的行为改变时间。在小组工作结束后评估得出结

在情感交流、行为障碍以及心理方面有显著性差异,呈现水平向较好的方向发展趋势,
这说明笔者制定的小组工作计划是比较成功的。针对自闭症儿童设定的游戏大致是合理
的。包括小组最后一次进行的就业活动,从一定意义上说达到了笔者的预期效果,支持
了整个研究。

Abstract
Autism since 2006 was officially recognized as a mental disability, to 2007, 0 to 14 years
old autistic children base for 256600 in China. As this rapid growth rate, rehabilitation of
children with autism treatment has become one of the problems that can not be ignored, in our
country, and in professional social work is not significantly northwest, some institutions
focuses on the physiological aspects of the rehabilitation treatment, and often understanding
of social ability rehabilitation and the method to discover enough. Therefore, the author
mainly studies the autistic children rehabilitation training of social adaptation.
