本系统结合劲辉物流有限公司实际的进、销、存等实际的需求分析，采用功能强大的Myeclipse做为开发工具，以MySQL做为数据库开发出来的网络版商品流通管理系统。整个系统从符合界面简洁、操作简便、图形化操作、安全的要求出发，完成了对该系统的设计，其中包括商品资料、客户资料、供应商资料、商品采购入库、商品销售、其他库存变动等基本信息，并可以对其进行增、删、改、查等操作。
