XXXX 1 多功能压片机的设计 摘要 早期的压片机由一组冲模组合成的,由冲头的上下往复运动,把粉末或颗粒状物体压成圆柱形态,单冲程压片机是由物料填放机构、冲模机构、出片机构组成,通过连杆机构和齿轮机构凸轮机构的带动冲模的上下运转,在上下运转的相对运动从而达到挤压成块的目的。随着科技的不断发展,人们的需求增加单冲程的单片机发挥的作用开始变得比以前多了,向着速度快、质量高、科技感强、还很经济,这时今后一个发展的大方向。 这一次设计的单冲程压片机,介绍了其基本结构构成、其中的运动方式和运动过程,还有就是一些附加的功能。了解了国内的和国外的一些发展历程,这样也为设计提供了一些帮助,看到了很多不好的地方,加深了其压片机结构综合分析,使其结构更稳定并且能连续自动化生产。 关键词: 单片机 单冲程 上冲头 下冲头 XXXX 2 abstract In the early days, the tablet press was composed of a group of dies, which moved up and down from the punch to press powder or granular objects into a cylindrical shape.
