CAD系统中公差信息建模与表示技术综述
摘要公差信息建模与表示是指对某一造型系统进行准确无误的公差表述,并对其语义作出正确合理的解释。由于其对CAD、CAPP、CAM的集成有着十分重要的作用,因此一直是CAD/CAM研究领域的热点,研究成果十分丰硕。另一方面,由于公差信息的建模与表示有着相当的难度,该领域至今仍然有着许多问题有待解决。本文对当前CAD系统中公差信息建模与表示技术的研究历史和现状进行了较为全面的综述,分析比较了目前各种模型的优点与不足,最后对公差信息建模与表示中亟待研究解决的问题及可能对策进行了讨论。

Abstract Seamless and effective integration of CAD and CAM is increasingly demanded by manufacturing industries. To realize this, tolerance information is imperative, which CAPP will use for process planning, whereas CAD should use to ensure the functional requirement. Tolerance modeling and representation is exactly to represent tolerance information in CAD systems and explain its semantics for CAPP and other requirement. Therefore it has e an important research area for the past decade. Much effort has been conducted and many kinds of approaches have been proposed. On the other kind, due to the difficulty of this problem, there are still many problems with the current methods, which should be solved to make tolerance modeling and representation more powerful and practical.
