二线城市经济型酒店客人入住影响因素探究——以长沙市为例.pdf

摘要近几年来,全国各地掀起经济型酒店投资热潮,国内外各大经济型连锁酒店品牌正加速在我国二线城市全面布局。以往,我国学术界关于经济型酒店的研究多集中在现状分析、对策研究、经营模式、品牌建设、成本控制和发展战略等方面,对经济型酒店客人入住影响因素的研究还不多见,尤其是针对特定区域的研究,几乎为空白。本文以二线城市为特定区域,以经济型酒店客人入住影响因素为对象,切入经济型酒店投资与经营管理的研究。本文通过综合分析文献的方法,提出了研究假设,设计了调查问卷;以长沙市经济型酒店入住的客人为对象进行了问卷调查,以定性分析和定量分析相结合的研究方法,运用SPSS统计软件分析了调查数据,探讨了影响我国二线城市经济型酒店客人入住的主要因素并对这些因素的相对重要性进行了判断。影响我国二线城市经济型酒店客人入住的主要因素一共有七个,分别是:客房舒适度、品牌、地理位置、配套服务、酒店设计、配套设施与价格。其中,客房舒适度、品牌以及地理位置是最重要的影响因素,而配套设施与价格则是关注度相对较低的的因素。最后,本文基于研究结论,对经济型酒店如何在二线城市进行经营管理和投资定位提出了相应建议。同时本文对研究的局限性以及未来的研究方向也作了说明。关键词:二线城市,经济型酒店,影响因素 ABSTRACT In recent years,all parts ofthecountry setofftheeconomic hotels investment the same time,the domestic and foreign big economic chain-like hotels arelayouting in our second-tier with thefocus on the present situationanalysis,countermeasure study, business model,brand construction,cost control and developmental strategy and SO on,the former scholarly study about the influencing factors ofeconomic hotels customers’modation almost have no, particularly aims atthespecific paperfocuses on influencing factors of economic hotels customers’modation and provides certain reference about management and investment localization forthe economic hotels cities.
