孔子仁论对思想政治教育的当代价值研究.pdf

摘 要

孔子是全世界都认可的伟大思想家和教育家。从教育方面来说，孔子的思想
具有一定的创新性。在当今的大学生思想政治教育中，要借鉴孔子仁的理念并将
其运用到其中使之成为现代中国乃至世界文明都可以利用的有益资源，这不仅需
要正视它是一种传统文化的资源，更重要的是要对其施以创造并赋予它新的解
释。只有这样，才能真正的把孔子仁论运用到大学生思想政治教育中，使其成为
具有生命活力的教育资源。
孔子思想的核心是“仁”。从什么是“仁”到什么是“仁者”；从“克己复礼
为仁”到“仁者爱人”。《论语》中“仁”字出现余 109 次，孔子对于弟子问“仁”
的答复，因人而异。那么，如何灵活的运用借鉴并批判继承《论语》中的“仁”
的思想来服务于我们的思想政治教育呢？本文的主体分四个部分：
第一部分从孔子仁的基本内涵和仁者的基本内涵以及如何成为仁者概述孔
子仁论。
第二部分从拓展教育理念、丰富教育内容、提供教育方法三方面论述孔子仁
论对思想政治教育的启示价值。
第三部分从三方面概述了当前思想政治教育在仁的方面存在的问题及原因，
即教育目标上缺乏仁的理念、教育内容上缺乏仁的内容、教育方法上缺乏仁的方
法。而在仁的教育方法当中，又从“有教无类”、“因材施教”、“循循善诱”三个
方面详细的解决了忽视教育公平、缺少教育针对性、欠缺问题意识等问题。
第四部分论述思想政治教育借鉴孔子仁论的原则和方法。在这里，应用了五
个原则和四个方法。分别是：爱人爱己原则、宽容不愠原则、改过迁善原则、躬
行亲为原则、借鉴创新原则以及有教无类方的方法、因材施教的方法、循循善诱
的方法内求自省的方法。

Confucius was a great thinker and educator in the world recognized. In a way of
education, Confucius's thought has certain innovative。In today's college students'
ideological and political education，need to draw lessons from Confucian’benevolence
of concept and applied to it then Make it become the modern civilization of China and
the world can all can use the beneficial resources. More important is to create and
give it to his new interpretation. Only in this way, could really apply
Confucian’benevolence theory to the ideological and political education of college
students then makes it has the vitality of life education resources.
